Location: East Grinstead & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Salary: Paid to scale – M1 to UPS3 or £130–£150 per day Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re looking for enthusiastic Early Years teachers to join our supply team across East Grinstead and the surrounding areas. Every day brings a new setting, new faces and plenty of variety — ideal for teachers who thrive in nurturing, play‑based environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering engaging, age‑appropriate lessons and activities in Nursery and Reception
* Creating a safe, caring and inclusive environment where children feel supported
* Following EYFS frameworks and adapting to different school routines
* Supporting early development in communication, social skills, phonics and early maths
* Working closely with staff teams and following school safeguarding policies
What We’re Looking For
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in Early Years (Nursery and/or Reception)
* A nurturing, patient and creative approach
* Strong understanding of EYFS curriculum and child development
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Someone reliable, adaptable and confident working in new settings
