At GAP Hire Solutions, we're looking for a Fleet Disposals Administrator to join our Asset Management & Supply Chain Department. This is a fast-paced role where you will maintain and update various fleet disposals, assist in processing sales and maintain and produce monthly reports. If you have an eye for detail and good communication skills then this could be the role for you. What You'll Be Doing • Coordinate plant, tool and vehicle sales requests from GAP's depot network • Develop tool, plant and vehicle lists for sale authorisation • Process, maintain and ensure accuracy of ‘GAP Group Assets for Disposal' process • Generate disposals reports as required • Assist in managing the decommissioning of vehicles and the plant refurbishment and major repair programme • Ensure prompt and accurate completion of paperwork, records and reports About You What We're Looking for • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • The ability to work to a high level of accuracy • The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel • Previous experience and product knowledge in the hire industry is highly advantageous About Us As a Fleet Disposal Administrator, you'll be joining an industry leader that's growing and genuinely committed to your success.
