Senior Support Worker

You'll be supporting adults with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person-centred basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living. Key Responsibilities
* Supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities ensuring values based support is delivered to the highest standard.
* Support adults with mental health illnesses on a person-centred basis.
* Follow a care plan, administer medication and assist with daily living tasks.
* Access the community and domestic tasks such as support with shopping and daily living tasks.

Salary & Hours
Salary: £13.35 per hour. Hours: Bank.
