Finance & Administrative Assistant

Boutique Asset Management Firm | Mayfair, London

Hybrid Working (4 days office / 1 day WFH)



We are working with a highly successful global asset management firm with beautiful offices in Mayfair to recruit a Finance & Administrative Assistant to join their friendly London-based finance team.

Working within a finance team of eight, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the CFO, alongside assisting with a broad range of finance-related administration and operational tasks.



This role would suit someone who is highly organised, numerate, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. It could be particularly appealing to someone with an interest in finance or accounting who may wish to pursue a finance qualification in the future.



Responsibilities will include:




\t
* Supporting the CFO and wider finance team with day-to-day administration


\t

* Managing invoices, payments, and wire transfers


\t

* Liaising with banks and external suppliers


\t

* Speaking confidently with investors and handling payment call-backs


\t

* Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and financial records


\t

* Assisting with finance operations and general team support


\t

* Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently with strong attention to detail




We are looking for someone who:

* Has some experience in an administrative or finance support role


\t

* Is confident working with numbers and Excel spreadsheets


\t

* Has excellent organisational skills


\t

* Demonstrates strong attention to detail


\t

* Is confident and professional on the phone


\t

* Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills


\t

* Is proactive, positive, and willing to support wherever needed


\t

* Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
