Operations Team Leader - PM – Savers Stead House DC

Join the fast‑paced Superdrug / Savers Supply Chain team as a Team Leader at our Stead House Distribution Centre in Darlington. You’ll play a key role in keeping stock moving to over 200 Savers stores, supporting your Shift Manager, and leading a team to deliver results with quality, accuracy and safety at the forefront.

What you’ll do
* Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve daily targets and highperformance.
* Own people management within your area, ensuring fair and consistent use ofcompany policies.
* Take accountability for KPIs and communicate progress to the Shift Manager.
* Review processes to maximise efficiency and support continuous improvement.
* Work closely with Health & Safety to maintain safe systems of work.
* Provide clear shift handovers and daily updates.
* Deputise for the Shift Manager when needed and support ad hoc projects.
What you’ll bring
* Provenmanagement experience in a distribution or similar environment.
* Strongplanning, problem-solving and IT skills.
* Confidentcommunicator with excellent people management abilities.
* Understandingof cost control, operational performance and warehouse systems.
* If you’re proactive,results-driven and ready to lead by example, we’d love to have you on the team.
* Previous experience of managing a stock control / inventory team is essential.
