Here is the role: We are seeking a Marketing Campaigns Assistant to join our team in Cardiff on a 6 month fixed term contract.


Responsibilities

* Assist with execution of our busy marketing campaign plan.
* Create campaigns and deliver marketing activities; including event builds (within HubSpot – our Marketing Automation Tool), creation of email comms, managing event registrations and website updates.
* Write and develop content for campaigns, including web pages, email comms and event invitations.
* Attend marketing events to ensure they are executed well – including event setup, event organization and more.
* Host or run events and webinars as the host/marketing representative as required.
* Liaise with the Sales team around joined up campaign registration drives and post‑event follow‑up.
* Attend weekly sales meetings to share upcoming campaign updates and ongoing campaign results.
* Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare monthly reports.
* Keep contact information in our marketing database up to date when we gather new information.
* Support with researching and adding new contacts and information to our database to support prospecting campaigns.
* Monitor marketing email inboxes, handle replies and make updates to our database records as required.
* Update our website with new campaign and event information as and when required.
* Proof‑read campaign builds, content and email comms before we publish and share via the website.


The experience we’re looking for

* Some experience with HubSpot and WordPress systems would be preferred.
* University graduate in business or marketing preferred.
* Entry level role for those looking to get started in marketing.

* A creative, ideas person.
* Very strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

The successful candidate could be based in Bristol or South Wales.
