We are working with a highly regarded law firm in Glasgow city centre who are looking to add an experienced Legal Secretary to their residential property team. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive office, well known for delivering a high standard of service to long-standing clients across Scotland.
The Role:
Providing full secretarial support to a Solicitor within the residential conveyancing team
Preparing documents and correspondence in relation to property transactions
Liaising with clients, colleagues, and third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly
Managing case files and updating the firm’s case management system
General administrative duties to support the team
The Candidate:
Previous experience in residential property work within the Scottish legal system is essential
Confident with MS Office and legal case management systems
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Professional and personable, with excellent attention to detail
