TheRole:
AsFinancialController,youwillplayakeyrolewithintheseniormanagementteam,partneringcloselywithahighlyrespectedGeneralManager.Youwillleadthefinancefunctionday-to-daywhilealsoprovidingstrategicandcommercialinsighttotheGeneralManagersupportingtheongoingsuccessofthehotel.

Leading,traininganddevelopingtheon-sitefinanceteam
Workingcloselywithdepartmentheadstodriveprofitabilityandefficiencies
Requirements:
ProvenexperienceasaFinancialController,FinanceManager,HeadofFinanceorManagementAccountantwithinabusyhoteloperation(orastrongAssistantFinancialControllerreadyforthenextstepupintheircareer)
Experiencewithinspa/leisurehotelsishighlydesirable
Fullyqualifiedaccountant(CIMA,ACCA,ACAorCIPFA)
Hands-on,proactiveandcomfortableworkinginafast-pacedenvironment
