Our client is a long‑established, family‑run CCTV specialist with over 30 years' experience in the industry. Based in the West Midlands, they provide nationwide CCTV and Access Control service, maintenance, and support to a wide range of clients.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced and reliable CCTV Service Engineer to join their team.
The Role
* Servicing, fault‑finding, and maintaining CCTV and Door Access Control systems across the UK
* Responding to service calls for existing customers
* Working independently and as part of a team
* Completing service reports and job documentation
* Providing a professional, customer‑focused service
* Following all Health & Safety proceduresйте
* Occasional overnight stays (accommodation and allowance provided)
* Overtime and travel time paid
* No weekend work or 24‑hour call‑outs
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8:00am - 5:00pm, flexibility required).
Package
* Salary from £35,000 per year (dependent on experience)
* Company van, phone, and laptop
* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience servicing and fault‑finding CCTV systems (Access Control beneficial)
* Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
* Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
* Comfortable working at height and performing manual tasks
* Basic computer skills
* DBS checked or willing to undergo a check
* Excellent communication and customer service skillsenoid
