The Education Network is seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and inclusive school in Bradford. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who require tailored support to thrive both academically and socially.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and SEMH
* Support pupils who have EHCPs and personalised learning plans
* Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and developing life skills
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and families
* Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
What We\'re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people with complex needs (school-based or other settings)
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEND, Team Teach) are desirable but not essential
