Responsibilities
* Provide full range of programme/project support to the Forensic Network.
* Plan, manage and coordinate administrative elements of all programmes of work, building and maintaining programme support infrastructure aligned with recognised project management methodology.
* Support professional groups, short life working groups and represent the Forensic Network and School of Forensic Mental Health at meetings, contributing to formulation and adjustment of plans or strategies, and key input into decision‑making processes.
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent experience in business and project support.
* Qualification in recognised project management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2).
* Experience of data analysis and in‑depth knowledge of Microsoft365.
* Knowledge of the Forensic Network and experience working with senior NHS staff desirable.

Reduced Working Week* 2024
Starting from 1 April 2024, the working week for NHS Agenda for Change workers in Scotland will be reduced from 37.5 to 37 hours. Full‑time staff will have a pro‑rata reduction in hours without losing earnings. If the department cannot accommodate the reduced hours from 1 April, staff may be required to work 37.5 hours per week until safe to do so. The State Hospital is committed to implementing the 37‑hour working week across all areas as soon as it is safe to do so.
