Taylors Estate Agency is a well-established, independent agency at the heart of the Rothley community. We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our office while continuing to fee-earn and grow the business.
This is a combined role, suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front, building relationships locally, and developing a high-performing team.
The role will include:
* Managing the day-to-day running of the branch
* Generating new business and winning instructions
* Acting as a local property and community expert
* Recruiting, managing, mentoring and supporting staff
* Fee-earning across sales (and legal and financial services, where applicable)
* Working closely with our sister companies to ensure a smooth, joined-up house-moving experience for clients
* Maintaining high standards of compliance, service and professionalism
About you:
* Strong valuation and negotiation skills
* Confident people manager with the ability to motivate and grow a team
* Commercially minded with a passion for business development
* Professional, personable and well-connected locally (or keen to become so)
Package:
* Basic salary typically around £35,000, plus commission (negotiable depending on experience)
