Planning Officer, Conwy Pay - £32.37ph Maternity Cover 9-12 months depending on employee return date We offer hybrid working but Ideally we need candidates to attend our offices once or twice a week but this can be discussed further at interview. Attendance at Planning Committee and Committee site visits which takes place once a month will be required. The post holder will be dealing with major and complex planning applications as well as line managing a team of Planning Officers.
