We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join a dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you’ll focus on driving deeper product adoption and feature utilisation, ensuring customers maximise the value of a cutting-edge platform. What You’ll Do:
* Develop proactive strategies to identify underutilised features and drive deeper product adoption.
* Analyse customer usage data to uncover trends, diagnose challenges, and implement solutions.
* Educate customers on best practices and platform capabilities to optimise their operations.
* Monitor customer health to identify risks and address them proactively.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and holistic customer experience.
* Advocate for customer needs by providing valuable feedback to product teams.

* Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving adoption challenges using data.
