Job Description
We’re looking for caring, dedicated individuals to join us as Part-Time Care Professional. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide compassionate, personalised support to help older adults live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
Qualifications
No prior experience required.
1. Provide companionship and emotional support
2. Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
3. Support with meal preparation and dietary needs
4. Carry out light housekeeping and home help tasks
5. Deliver specialised care for clients with dementia or other conditions
6. Monitor and report on client well-being
7. What We’re Looking For
8. A kind, reliable nature – experience is welcome but not essential
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
11. A genuine passion for helping others
12. Basic first aid knowledge is a bonus
Additional Information
· What We Offer
13. £13.25 per hour, £14 on weekends + enhanced Bank Holiday pay (£26.50/hr)
14. Paid travel time + 35p per mile mileage allowance
15. Minimum 1-hour visits with 15-minute travel time between calls
