Case Administrator – Intensive Intervention & Risk Management Service
This is a 0.5 FTE role available on a hybrid working basis, requiring occasional travel to meetings, team days and the office. A candidate with their own vehicle is preferred.
Overview of the role
As a Case Administrator you will be a key member of the multi-disciplinary teams within the South West OPD Pathway, which includes the South West Probation Service and five health partnerships. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will involve ensuring local governance, data and administration are implemented effectively to support efficient operations and assist the OPD teams with case planning and case management processes.
Key responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain accurate records for all cases in the Intensive Intervention & Risk Management Service (IIRMS).
* Provide administrative support to practitioners, including scheduling, correspondence and data entry for the Core OM and IIRMS services.
* Assist with the governance and audit processes for the OPD service, ensuring timely completion of required reports.
* Support the multi-disciplinary team by coordinating meetings and team days and sharing relevant information.
* Operate in a hybrid working environment, attending core on-site meetings as required.
Qualifications and experience
Applicants should:
* Have experience in an administrative role, preferably within probation, social care or a related environment.
* Possess strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Demonstrate familiarity with data protection and governance processes.
Salary and benefits
Starting salary will be £24,549 pro‑rata (minimum of the band). Annual pay progression is available through the Competency Based Framework (CBF) and will be reviewed annually in line with Civil Service pay guidance.
