We are seeking a dedicated Claims Manager to oversee the end-to-end claims process in our Northampton office.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team responsible for assessing, investigating, and resolving claims efficiently and accurately.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Review claim submissions, coordinate with external stakeholders, analyze claim data to identify trends, and implement process improvements.
* Develop training programs, monitor performance metrics, and handle complex or escalated claims as needed.
* Motivate the team and liaise effectively with clients and partners.
