This is not "behaviour management"-this is specialised, clinical pedagogy. You will be responsible for re-engaging learners who have been excluded from, or are unable to attend, mainstream education due to SEMH, ASD, or complex trauma. Key Responsibilities Statutory Compliance: Lead on the delivery of the National Curriculum (adapted) and ensure all EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) outcomes are met and evidenced. Data-Driven Progress: Use specialist assessment tools to track not just academic attainment, but also "soft skills" like emotional regulation and social integration. Subject Leadership: As a QTS holder, you will take ownership of a core subject area, ensuring high-quality schemes of work across the provision.
