Salary: £30,301 (rising to £32,280 after training)
Hours: 37 per week | Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

About the Role:
Our client works with local authorities and housing developers across the Midlands, delivering essential connection and jointing services on DNO and IDNO networks. As a Trainee Jointer Mate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting projects that keep communities connected and safe.
What You’ll Do:
1. Assist jointers with the preparation and jointing of cables.
2. Learn how to safely excavate and reinstate joint holes on footpaths, newbuild sites, and existing roads.
