You’ll play a key role in ensuring our people are engaged, supported, and ready to embrace new ways of working. 1. Supporting the development and implementation of human-centred change management strategies and plans
2. Engaging with stakeholders across the business to build alignment and address resistance
3. Undertaking change impact and readiness assessments to prepare for transformation
4. Collaborating with learning and development teams to identify training needs and create learning pathways
5. Supporting the creation and delivery of clear, targeted communications for diverse audiences
6. Designing and delivering interactive change interventions, including coaching and facilitation
7. Tracking adoption, engagement, and competency metrics to measure change effectiveness
8. Implementing governance, reporting, and escalation processes for changes impacting customers
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. Experience in business, organisational development, psychology, or a related field
10. Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
11. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
12. Experience supporting people-centred change in business or technology transformation programmes
13. Strong communication and influencing skills
14. Analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics to monitor progress
15. Flexible and adaptable approach to change
16. Professional certification in change management (e.g. Prosci, APMG) is desirable
