Technical Project Manager (Contract) - Active Directory Location: Bristol (hybrid) Rate: £600 per day Contract: Inside IR35 Duration : 9-Months Overview We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the consolidation and merger of multiple Active Directory environments into a single, secure Azure-based setup. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong technical fluency and tight stakeholder control. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end Active Directory tenant/domain merger programme Own project planning, milestones, dependencies, and risk management Coordinate infrastructure, security, and cloud teams across multiple workstreams Ensure minimal disruption to users during migration and cutover Govern identity, access, and security controls during and post-merger Report progress, risks, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders Required Experience Proven experience delivering Active Directory mergers or large-scale identity migrations Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure, Azure AD (Entra ID), and hybrid identity Solid background in infrastructure and enterprise IT environments Confident managing complex technical stakeholders and vendors Strong documentation and delivery discipline Nice to Have Experience in M&A or multi-organisation IT consolidation Exposure to security, compliance, or regulated environments RSG Plc is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
