Our client is a not-for-profit financial institution dedicated to giving back to the local community by providing ethical financial services to those in need. Established for over 25 years, they serve members through membership in a large UK trade union. They’re looking for a Member Services Officer with solid administration and customer service experience to support the day-to-day running of the organisation. This role will involve managing member communications across multiple channels, processing transactions and account activity, overseeing direct debit and standing order processes, and handling general office administration. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the organisation’s future plans and may progress into loan-focused responsibilities over time.
