We are hiring on behalf of a Malton SEND provision. The Behaviour Support Assistant will help manage and support pupils’ behaviour and emotional needs, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
1. Support pupils with SEMH and SEND needs 1:1 or in small groups.
2. Use tailored behavioural strategies and interventions.
3. Assist during lessons and structured activities.
4. Record observations and progress.
5. Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
