Name of Head Teacher: Tally Bhambra Salary: Salary – Scale 6 (point 18 to 22 - £10,784 to £11,523 – actual salary plus, London Weighting - £787 actual LW) Hours 13.5 hours per week Times: 2 days per week Term Time Only 'Learning and Growing Together' The School: Lyon Park Primary School is a flourishing learning community whereby inspirational teaching creates a love of learning for a diverse community, dedicated to achievement. The Post: Our happy and enthusiastic children Our positive, friendly and supportive staff team Opportunities for training and support The Person: Have experience of working EYFS. Demonstrate flexibility, being able to work on your own initiative as well as follow guidance from teachers. Demonstrate good behaviour management strategies. Have a good standard of spoken and written English. Be able to support children with specific needs. Know when to adapt teaching to make it simpler or harder. Provide feedback to children and staff. Engage in CPD to enhance your own skill set and develop strategies to support a wide level of need. Work in partnership with parents / carers and external professional agencies as and when needed.
