Supply Hive are working with a specialist setting in Reading that supports young people who benefit from a practical, active and relationship-led approach to learning. They’re looking for a Sports Coach Mentor who can use sport and physical activity as a tool to build confidence, resilience and positive behaviour. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sports coaching, youth work, mentoring or behaviour support, who enjoys working with young people who may have SEMH, SEN or additional behavioural needs. The Role You’ll be using sport and structured physical activity to engage pupils, promote emotional regulation and support personal development. Alongside this, you’ll act as a positive role model, building strong, consistent relationships with the young people you work with.
