Reporting to the Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO), we are seeking a visionary leader to join our organisation as Head of Business Intelligence and Insights (BI&I). Person Specification
Education, Qualifications and Training
* Master's degree or equivalent experience.
* Deep knowledge in business intelligence, data, and analysis.
Experience and Knowledge
* Experience navigating NHS or similar complex environments.
* Understanding of the full information lifecycle, technical infrastructure, data governance, and cultural demands.
* Ability to lead initiatives and deliver results at senior levels.
* Experience in transformation and embedding analytics into organizational culture.
Skills and Abilities
* Experience working across health and care systems with data, analytics, and intelligence.
* Senior-level experience interfacing with clinical, managerial, operational, and digital colleagues.
* Proven ability to manage relationships across multiple organizations.
* Experience using data to inform transformation and continuous improvement.
* Ability to plan projects involving clinical and non-clinical domains.
