Children in Starfish class follow a bespoke adapted curriculum enabling them to meet and often exceed the goals in their Education, Health and Care Plans. We are seeking a teacher with experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs to join the Starfish team as 0.4 class teacher. The successful candidate will: be a motivated, energetic and caring practitioner, who is committed to improving outcomes and opportunities for all children. demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with families, children, the staff team and other professionals. take a flexible approach to adapting the curriculum in order to engage children and support their progress.
