CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a leading National Facilities Service Provider on a mobile basis covering the areas of Kent on a high street retail & bank contract.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. The company is offering a competitive salary in the region of up to £51,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. You will be responsible for delivering services, repairs, and maintenance throughout commercial properties.
2. Reactive maintenance throughout clients' portfolio of properties.
3. Self-delivery of smaller installations.
4. Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
5. Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment.
6. Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
7. Reactive and planned commercial maintenance.
8. Providing a high level of customer service and building strong relationships.
Requirements
1. Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1).
2. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
3. Client facing.
4. Full driving license.
Package
1. Salary - Up to £51,000.
