Overview
Join a Community Where We 'Aspire, Believe, and Achieve' Together at St Helena School. We are looking for an exceptional Food Technician to provide full technician support to Food Technology teaching staff, particularly in the preparation and clearing of lesson materials.
You will work 19.5 hours per week across 3 days (8.15am - 3.30pm Wednesday to Friday). This is a 39-week-per-year role, which includes term time and non-pupil days.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the ordering and maintenance of supplies for the department.
* Assist teaching staff in the preparation of resources and ingredients for lessons.
* Assist students in lessons with access to resources as appropriate.
* Clear classrooms/work areas after lessons, undertake washing up, clean work surfaces, and return resources to appropriate storage as required.
* Provide technical support for Food Technology staff and students at all times.
