Property Manager
At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Property Manager to complement our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Hull. As a Property Manager you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Property Manager
8. Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff.
9. Provide expert advice to branch and customers particularly in relation to the implications of relevant legislation.
10. Maintain a central register of contractors and ensure that they have the correct qualifications.
11. Oversee customer service, ensuring works and renewals are carried out in a timely manner.
12. Monitor chasing up invoices and inspection of works and Tenancy Agreements.
13. Monitor workloads in order that deadlines are met and service levels are adhered to.
14. Assist with complicated cases and tenancies advising PC, Landlord and Tenant of options along with liaising with LSC and branch.
Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Property Manager.
15. Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
16. Strong customer service skills and confident communicator
17. Good team player
18. Ability to stay calm under pressure
19. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
20. Excellent planning and organisational skills
21. Good analytical ability
