About the Role As a Warranty Controller, youll be responsible for overseeing the full warranty processfrom claim submission to final approval. Youll ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within required timescales. Working closely with service, parts, and manufacturers, youll help maintain strong operational standards while protecting profitability. Key Responsibilities Process and submit warranty claims efficiently and accurately Audit, review, and monitor claims to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures and policies Liaise with workshop technicians and service teams to gather supporting information Resolve rejected claims and chase outstanding credits Produce regular reports on claim status, trends, and recoveries Ensure all warranty paperwork is filed, tracked, and managed correctly What Were Looking For PREVIOUS EXPREINCE AS A WARRANTY CONTROLLER Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Good communication skills across all levels A proactive, problem-solving mindset Whats in It for You?
