We are seeking an experienced Front of House Portfolio Manager to oversee reception operations across a collection of prestigious commercial buildings in central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in corporate front of house or luxury hospitality who thrives on delivering exceptional service and leading high-performing teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple reception teams, ensuring service excellence, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
You'll bring a balance of operational know-how, leadership skills, and commercial awareness, ensuring that every building in your portfolio reflects the highest standards of professionalism, hospitality, and client care.
We're looking for a confident leader with management experience in a Corporate and/or 5-star service environment. Strong organisational skills, a polished professional presence, and the ability to inspire teams are essential.
