CASALI Recruitment Ltd are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist to join a respected precision engineering company in Chippenham.
You’ll be working on Fanuc CNC machines, producing high-quality components to tight tolerances, and taking pride in every detail.
🔹 What You’ll Do:

Set, operate and program CNC milling machines.
*
Read and work from technical drawings and CAD files.
*
Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
*
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
*
Work closely with a small, skilled team to keep production running smoothly.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
*
At least 2 years’ CNC machining experience.
*
Confident with Fanuc controls.
*
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*
Able to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools.
*
CAD and welding experience a bonus!
