Quality Compliance ManagerAn established aerospace manufacturer is looking for a Quality Compliance Manager to take ownership of its QMS, audits, and regulatory compliance. This is a senior role with responsibility for maintaining standards such as AS9100, AS9120, and ISO9001, while driving continuous improvement across the business. Yolk Recruitment are supporting the hiring process.You'll lead all quality compliance activity, ensuring systems, processes, and documentation meet both regulatory and customer requirements.
Working across engineering, operations, and supply chain, you'll play a key role in maintaining standards, managing audits, and strengthening overall compliance performance.Key responsibilities:Maintain and develop the Quality Management System in line with AS9100, AS9120, and ISO9001Plan and manage internal and external audits, ensuring effective CAPA closureOversee document control and quality records managementLead the First Article Inspection process in line with AS9102Monitor compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal quality requirementsSupport and contribute to management reviews and compliance meetingsAnalyse audit findings and drive continuous improvement actionsRespond to customer quality and compliance queriesCoordinate certification activities, audit schedules, and contract reviewsKeep up to date with industry standards and regulatory changesWork with cross-functional teams to embed quality and compliance best practiceThis is what you'll need:At least 5 years' experience in a Quality role within manufacturing (aerospace preferred)Strong experience managing and improving QMS frameworksWorking knowledge of AS9100, AS9120, ISO9001IRCA Certified Lead AuditorAnd this is what you'll get:Competitive salaryEngagement and Rewards platformSubsidised CanteenTPBN1_UKTJ
