Registered Manager – Brand New Children’s Home | Nottingham
Salary: £48,000 per annum + bonuses | Home Type: 4-bed EBD (Mixed Gender)
Location: Nottingham
We’re recruiting for a passionate and driven Registered Manager to launch and lead a brand-new 4-bed EBD children’s home in Nottingham, in partnership with a leading provider of residential childcare services.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a home from the ground up — setting the tone, building the team, and creating a safe, supportive space for young people.
What’s in it for you:
* Base salary: £48,000 per annum + performance bonuses
* Performance bonuses:
o Up to £3,000 for an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating
o £400/month full occupancy bonus
* On-call pay: £25 weekday / £35 weekend
* 33 days holiday (25 days + 8 statutory holidays)
What You’ll Bring:
* Previous experience managing or deputising in an EBD residential children’s home
* A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and the ability to deliver high standards from day one
* Skills in working collaboratively with local authorities, families, and professionals
* Ideally hold NVQ Level 5 in Residential Childcare, or be willing to work towards it
* Confidence and capability to register the home with Ofsted and build a strong foundation for success
