Since our launch, we've raised over £240m from top-tier investors (including QED), helped over 10,000 customers get behind the wheel, and we're scaling rapidly.
To take things to the next level, we're seeking a sharp, driven, and commercially-minded Head of Partnerships to lead and scale one of our most strategically important growth areas.
You'll take the reins on developing and owning our partnership strategy—from shaping our Approved Dealership network to building scalable acquisition channels with third parties. Launch and scale our ‘Approved Dealership' programme which positions Carmoola as a central part of the car buying ecosystem
Craft messaging, materials, and outreach strategies that resonate with partners and drive real value.
Use data to optimise: Analyse performance, run experiments, and drive continuous improvement across all partnership efforts.
Experience in partnerships, commercial strategy, or business development—ideally from a top-tier consulting firm, a fast-growth startup, or both.
Commercial acumen with a strong bias to action—you spot opportunities and move fast to capture them.
A track record of getting things done—you've delivered high-impact projects end-to-end, not just built slide decks.
Comfortable with ambiguity—you like building things from scratch and figuring stuff out as you go.
Competitive salary range of £70-90k
Hybrid working: 3 days a week in our London office, in the heart of beautiful Primrose Hill
You'll own a core area of our commercial strategy—with the opportunity to shape and expand the role over time by delivering real results and unlocking new growth opportunities.
