Overview
A growing accountancy practice based in Taunton has a requirement for a Client Manager to join them, leading on the delivery, review and management of accounts, tax and wider service provision within a growing chartered firm. You will manage teams and work closely with Partners as key right-hand support with a clear progression path on offer.
Responsibilities
* Lead on the management and delivery of accounting/tax and wider services for sole traders, partnerships and limited company (SME) clients, with a hands-on approach.
* Manage and mentor the team in delivery and quality control, including reviewing work and training junior staff.
* Develop client relationships and deliver added value through advisory and planning work.
* Collaborate with Partners to support firm growth and progression toward leadership roles.
Profile / Qualifications
* AAT, ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent qualifications.
* Experience in accountancy practice at managerial levels, with a career background across small, medium or larger independent firms or Top 50/Top Tier firms.
* Seeking a move with clear career progression opportunities.
Job Offer
