Join the Managed Learning Services (MLS) team at Sopra Steria as a Systems Training Consultant, where you'll design and deliver innovative blended training programs for our clients. This role combines creativity with technical know-how, offering opportunities to develop digital learning content, deliver both in-person and virtual sessions, and provide hands-on support to users. This position is ideal for a versatile training professional looking to expand their expertise across a wide range of learning solutions and projects. What you will be doing: Develop engaging application training materials, including e-learning modules, bite-sized videos, and other digital or in-person learning solutions. Deliver training through multiple channels: in-person sessions, virtual classrooms, and digital platforms such as LMS. Provide floor-walking and deskside support to users of newly implemented systems. Work to agreed plans, ensuring development and delivery activities are successfully completed. Support the Training Project Manager and wider team with key project deliverables. Multi-skilled and adaptable, comfortable balancing multiple tasks and projects. Accountable and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Problem-solver with the initiative to drive solutions independently. What you will bring: Experience in designing and delivering training solutions across digital, virtual, and in-person formats. Proficiency with content development tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, or similar to create e-learning and video training materials. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Strong team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, taking ownership of tasks and outcomes. It would be great if you had: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Kallidus or Docebo. Familiarity with ServiceNow applications. Experience developing and delivering system training for Contact Centres.
