The Role: Sales Director
As Sales Director, you’ll take full ownership of driving revenue, winning new business, and expanding key accounts. You’ll define and execute a sales strategy that delivers measurable growth while motivating and leading a high-performing sales team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where results matter.

* Proven success in a senior sales or business development role, ideally within recruitment
* Strong commercial instincts with a track record of closing deals and growing accounts
* Experience leading, motivating, and developing sales teams
* Deep understanding of recruitment and client-led solutions
* Strategic mindset with the drive to deliver ambitious growth targets
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to increase market share across healthcare and social care
* Secure new clients by engaging senior decision-makers and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships
* Lead, coach, and inspire a results-driven sales team through example
* Generate leads, produce winning proposals, and collaborate with marketing on impactful pitches
* Strengthen existing client relationships and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
* Track KPIs, analyse sales data, forecast accurately, and report directly to senior leadership
* Represent Pin Point Recruitment at industry events and networking forums
