Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist for our busy, modern Orthodontic Practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
* Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
* Answer calls with excellent phone etiquette
* Manage the reception area
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
* Maintain appointment schedules including appointments for patients
* Process payments
* Understand and and manage patient confidentiality and GDPR
Requirements
* Previous administrative or reception experience is essential
* Proficient computer skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks
* A positive attitude and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 – 37.5 per week
