We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and ambitious colleague to lead our Science Department and work with our Extended Leadership team. The role will involve supporting us with our whole-school phase of rapid improvement.
We are looking for someone who:

* is passionate about science and has the ability to inspire students
* can demonstrate excellent teaching and classroom management skills
* has the ability to build good relationships with all students and colleagues
* has a commitment to developing the Science curriculum.
* can promote and maintain the highest standards in all aspects of the work in the school
* a strong academic track record
* an understanding of the importance of quality assurance
* an understanding that the progress of every child in science matters.
