Class 1 ADR Driver
Location: Hounslow
Shift times: Monday to Friday with 06:00 AM starts
Anticipated Weekly Hours: 50 hours
Pay Rate: £18.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive a dedicated vehicle, rotating between Class I (HGV) and Class II, with Class I pay.
* Deliver roofing products around areas such as Reading, Essex, and Romford (no Central London deliveries).
* 8-10 drops per day, mainly kerbside or FLT locations, with some tail lift deliveries.
* Manual handling of roof trims from the vehicle's stillage.
* Ensure compliance with all vehicles checks and safety regulations.
* Use handheld devices to capture electronic Proof of Delivery (e-POD).
* Communicate proactively about any delivery problems or delays.
Requirements:
* Valid LGV C+E Licence (Class 1 HGV).
* Full ADR qualification (minimum requirement).
* Up-to-date CPC and Digi card.
* Clean driving record (no more than 6 points, and no DD, DR, or IN endorsements).
