At PwC, our people in workforce consulting focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organisational development. They analyse client needs, develop people and organisation strategies. These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational in retirement and pensions at PwC will specialise in providing consulting services related to retirement and pension programmes. You will work closely with clients to analyse their retirement and pension offerings, design maintainable and compliant retirement plans, and provide guidance on retirement plan administration, governance, and communication. Working in this area, you will assist clients in managing retirement risks, optimising retirement benefits, and supporting retirement readiness for employees.
About the role

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the future of pensions risk transfer within a dynamic and growing team. As Pensions Director, Data & Benefits, you'll lead strategic projects that deliver innovative solutions for high-profile clients, including multinational corporates and trustees. You'll work alongside specialists in actuarial, investment, governance, and legal disciplines, gaining exposure to a wide range of risk transfer strategies, from traditional buy-ins and buy-outs to capital-backed journey plans.

What your days will look like:
1. Lead client portfolios and deliver high-quality, FCA-regulated advice in line with firm values
2. Drive innovation by developing new solutions and identifying market opportunities
3. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across multiple projects and stakeholders
4. Promote collaboration between people and technology to enhance client outcomes


This role is for you if:
5. You bring deep UK pensions experience in actuarial advisory, insurance, or reinsurance
6. You've led complex pensions data and benefits projects that support risk transfer strategies and strengthen client partnerships
7. You're confident influencing senior stakeholders and driving change across systems and teams
8. You think creatively and encourage others to explore multiple angles to solve problems
9. You uphold professional standards and model integrity in all aspects of your work
10. You're passionate about growing the business and creating value for clients and the firm
