The Role
We're looking for an
experienced Architectural Technician
to join our talented studio team. You'll play a key role in the delivery of inspirational wellness projects – from concept to completion – collaborating with designers, clients, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing detailed space plans and technical drawing packages (GA plans, finishes plans, RCPs, lighting layouts, bespoke joinery details)
* Creating product specification documents
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers
* Attending and overseeing site meetings to ensure design integrity and project delivery
About You
* Degree in Interior Architecture, Technical Architecture, or related discipline
* Minimum
5 years' experience
in a similar role, delivering technical drawing packages across a range of scales
* Experience in
retail, hospitality, or leisure projects
(health & fitness/spa sector experience desirable, but not essential)
* Excellent technical knowledge of
AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
* Strong understanding of
UK Building Regulations
* A detail-driven, organised, and collaborative mindset
