Role Overview: To lead and develop the Pharmaceutical Sector Hub, driving its strategic direction and overall performance. Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on… •In line with the Core Values, provide leadership and performance management of the team to deliver effective employee engagement • Set strategic direction for the Pharmaceutical Sector Hub. • Lead, drive, and motivate the teams across all shifts. • Performance management of direct reports. • Fully responsible to deliver department objectives and sales growth targets. • Working with UK Supply management team to identify capability and succession planning within teams. •To be accountable for production KPI’s and deliver high quality and sustainable performance output. •Set high standards and further develop the health, safety and environment culture and measures for all employees. •Rebranding and future development for the Pharmaceutical Sector Hub.Including: •Facility Branding, Product brochures, Manufacturing capabilities •Identify Continuous Improvement programmes and drive the team to deliver. •Achievement of ‘Pharmaceutical Best in Class’ -Set targets and monitor progress •Representing the business unit to deliver effective communication across different UK Supply, SBD and Group companies.
