The role
You'll sit at the heart of our delivery function, owning the candidate side of the process from end to end. That means sourcing, headhunting, screening and managing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle - working closely with our recruitment consultants who handle the client relationships. You may take on some light account management as you develop, but your focus is candidate excellence.
You'll be on the phones every day, building relationships with some of the most sought-after technical talent in the market. It's a fast-paced environment and no two days are the same.
