Quantity Surveyor – Facilities Management
Location: Warrington (Hybrid working available)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £40,000-£60,000 per annum + car / car allowance

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Facilities Management team based in Warrington. The role will provide commercial and cost management support across a diverse FM portfolio, including planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle works, and refurbishment projects.
You will play a key role in ensuring contracts are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and within budget, working closely with operational teams, clients, and supply chain partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all commercial aspects of FM contracts and associated works
2. Prepare cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
3. Administer contracts (NEC/JCT), including variations, valuations, and final accounts
4. Support procurement activities, including tendering and subcontractor negotiations
5. Identify commercial risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies
6. Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and company procedures
7. Attend site visits and meetings as required to validate works and costs
8. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You
9. Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
10. Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, ideally within Facilities Management, maintenance, or M&E environments
11. Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
12. Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
13. Ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities effectively
14. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
15. RICS accreditation or working towards chartership (desirable)
