Join our dynamic and multidisciplinary Water Team as a Senior Dams & Reservoirs Engineer and help us deliver projects throughout the UK and internationally. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with flexibility to work from home and one of our Reservoir Engineering Hub offices - Edinburgh, Belfast or Leeds. Here’s what you’ll do: Lead design and analysis for embankment and concrete dams, spillways, outlet works, and related hydraulic structures. Prepare engineering reports, technical specifications, and design drawings, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Review inspection reports, monitoring data, and recommend mitigation strategies for existing dam infrastructure. Participate in field investigations and inspections, including travel as required. Provide senior-level technical oversight, mentoring junior engineers, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality. Support business development through proposal preparation, cost estimation, and client engagement. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
