About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Vehicle Technician / VAG Technician to join our busy, growing workshop. This role is ideal for someone who has completed an apprenticeship (minimum NVQ Level 2) and wants to develop their career with hands-on experience, full training support, and progression to NVQ Level 3.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on VW, Audi, SEAT, and Škoda vehicles
* Assist with diagnostics, fault-finding, and technical troubleshooting
* Follow manufacturer procedures to complete repairs to the highest standards
* Maintain accurate job cards and service records
* Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organised
* Work efficiently to meet workshop deadlines and performance targets
* Collaborate effectively with the workshop team to deliver excellent customer service
About You
* Completed Vehicle Technician apprenticeship (minimum NVQ Level 2)
* Eager to complete NVQ Level 3 and additional manufacturer training
* Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Own tools required
* Passionate about the motor trade and keen to grow a career in a VAG-focused workshop
