HR BP Responsibilities:
* Providing first line support and advice to employees and managers regarding all HR policies
* Reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies, procedures and processes ensuring all are up to date in line with current employment law
* Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies
* Providing HR advice, notetaking, and coaching support to managers
* Coaching managers on performance management issues and processesConducting L&D needs analysis with Managers to define annual training plan
* Managing talent and succession planning; overseeing recruitment activity and campaigns
* Supporting in the design and implementation of a comprehensive induction process
* Advising and supporting employees on company benefits
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience in similar HR Generalist role, this is a hands on role
* Detailed understanding of UK employment law
* Understanding of statutory people processes #
* Experienced with Merger & Acquisitions, including an understanding of TUPE regulations
* A basic knowledge of payroll practices and UK Tax & NI rules
